Plans renew automatically for the same billing cycle until you cancel. Renewal prices can change, and a material increase is notified in advance. These figures are the product prices; any tax is shown on the invoice at checkout. Billing terms
Your brand. Your packages. Your clients.
WHM administration
Manage packages, allocations and accounts from one WHM login.
Individual cPanel accounts
Each client account has its own cPanel for websites, email and databases.
Custom hosting packages
Define packages in WHM inside the storage, traffic and account count of your plan.
Branding options
Private nameservers are part of the offer. Custom control-panel branding is listed on Growth. Not every interface can be rebranded.
Nameserver options
Private nameservers are set up for the reseller account. They are not a separate product on this page.
Backups by plan
Starter does not list backups. Growth lists daily backups. Pro and Enterprise do not publish a frequency or retention.
You manage your clients. We support the infrastructure.
Your customer relationships
You create packages and cPanel accounts within the plan allocation.
You support your clients and set the terms of that relationship.
If you charge those clients, that billing is yours.
Our hosting platform
We operate the reseller platform on European infrastructure.
Platform support for the reseller account is through the Client Area.
That support does not replace support you provide to your own clients.
Billing software and licenses
WebFundament bills you for the reseller plan in the Client Area. Billing your own clients is a separate relationship.
WHMCS is included on Growth. It is not included on Starter, Pro or Enterprise, and a licence for those plans is purchased separately. cPanel and WHM are included on every plan for account management. They are not client billing software.
This is the reseller plan’s total storage, shared across the cPanel accounts you create. It is not a separate disk for each account.

Uptime targetiAbout the uptime target
99.9% is an operational target, not a contractual uptime guarantee.
WHM is where you administer the reseller account: packages, allocations and the cPanel accounts you create. cPanel is the control panel for an individual account, used for that account’s websites, email and databases.
How many accounts can I create, and what do the limits cover?
Starter lists 20 cPanel accounts, Growth 50, Pro 100 and Enterprise 200+. Storage and traffic on each plan are the reseller’s total allocation, shared across those accounts. They are not a separate quota for every account.
Can I create my own hosting packages?
Yes. In WHM you define the packages you offer and the allocations inside them. Those packages draw on the storage, traffic and account count of your reseller plan.
Brand and nameservers
Can I use my own brand and nameservers?
Private nameservers are part of the published reseller offer and are set up for the account. Growth also lists custom control-panel branding. This is not a promise that every part of cPanel, WHM or the Client Area can be rebranded, or that every vendor mark is removed.
Billing licences
Is WHMCS included?
WHMCS is included on Growth. It is not included on Starter, Pro or Enterprise. A licence for those plans is purchased separately. cPanel and WHM are included on every plan. They manage accounts. They do not bill your clients.
Who bills whom?
WebFundament bills you for the reseller plan, in the Client Area. If you charge your own clients, that billing relationship is yours. WHMCS, where you have it, is a tool for that relationship. It is separate from the invoice WebFundament sends you.
Backups and support
Which plans include backups, and for how long?
Starter does not list backups. Growth lists daily backups. Pro does not publish a backup frequency. Enterprise lists backups without a published frequency. Retention is not published on this page. Keep your own copies as well. Backup policy
Do you support my end customers?
No. You support the clients whose accounts you create, and you are responsible for their use of the service. Platform support from WebFundament is for you, through the Client Area. Terms of Service
Is 99.9% a contractual guarantee?
99.9% is an operational target for the platform. It is not a contractual uptime guarantee, and it does not create automatic credits unless a written SLA is agreed for the account. Service level
Changes, billing and migration
Can I move to a larger reseller plan?
You can ask us to move the account to a larger reseller plan. The change is arranged with you. It is not a promise of an instant change or zero downtime. Contact
How do billing and renewal work?
You can choose monthly, 3-month, 6-month or annual billing. The total shown is the amount billed for that term. Plans renew for the same cycle until you cancel. Renewal prices can change, and a material increase is notified in advance. Any tax is shown on the invoice at checkout. Billing terms
Can you help move existing accounts?
Yes. We can discuss the accounts and plan the move. Migration is scoped with you. It is not a free migration on every product, and it is not a promise of zero downtime. Ask about migration
Is there a refund window?
Where a refund period is offered for reseller hosting, an eligible first purchase can be refunded within 7 days. The window does not apply to renewals. Licences and add-ons are generally outside it once provisioned. Refund Policy
A foundation for your hosting brand.
Reseller hosting gives you WHM, cPanel accounts and a total allocation on European infrastructure. Choose the account count and resources, then administer the clients you add.
