Can I upgrade my plan?
You can change plan from the Client Area. We aim to keep disruption low. Changing plan is not a guarantee of zero downtime.
Can I install applications?
Yes. cPanel includes an application installer for WordPress and other common website applications.
What control panel is included?
These shared hosting plans include cPanel for websites, email, domains, databases and SSL. WHM is part of Reseller Hosting, not these plans.
Billing & migration
How does billing and renewal work?
The billing selector updates the plan cards and the comparison. The large price is the monthly equivalent, and the total is the amount billed for that period. These figures are the product prices; any tax is shown on the invoice at checkout. Services renew automatically for the same billing cycle until you cancel. Renewal prices can change, and a material increase is notified in advance. See the Terms of Service.
Can you help move my website?
Yes. A move is scoped with you first. It is not a promise of zero downtime or a free migration on every product. Contact us or open a ticket from the support center, and keep your own copies before any move.
Is there a refund window?
Eligible first purchases of web hosting can be refunded within 7 days. The window does not apply to renewals. Domain fees and some add-ons are excluded. See the Refund Policy.

What backups does my plan include?
Starter Hosting includes weekly backups. Pro, Business and Enterprise include daily backups. Retention follows the plan. Keep your own copies as well. Details are in the Backup Policy.
Is SSL included?
Yes. Free SSL is included on all four plans. Enterprise Hosting also includes a wildcard certificate.
Is email hosting included?
Yes. Email accounts can be created in cPanel on every plan on this page.
Do you support MySQL or MariaDB?
Yes. Plans include MySQL or MariaDB, with phpMyAdmin in cPanel.
Which PHP versions are available?
Multiple PHP versions can be selected in cPanel. The versions offered are listed in the panel. This page does not publish a fixed version list.
Can I schedule cron jobs?
Yes. Cron jobs can be scheduled from cPanel.
Where is the hosting infrastructure?
Hosting infrastructure is located in Europe. This page does not offer a location outside Europe.
What uptime commitment applies?
We publish a 99.9% operational uptime target. Unless a separate written SLA with service credits is agreed for your account, that target is not a contractual guarantee and does not create automatic credits. See the Service Level Commitment.
