This policy sets out what is allowed and what is not when using WebFundament services.
1. Purpose
This policy protects our network, customers and the internet community. Violations may result in suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use our services for malware, phishing, spam, pyramid schemes, illegal content, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, IP infringement, unauthorised access, DDoS, scanning without authorisation, or resource abuse (including mining on shared platforms where not permitted).
3. Email usage
Send mail only to consented recipients or with a legitimate relationship. Include opt-out where required. We may block or throttle mail that we reasonably believe violates this policy.
4. Security violations
Do not share credentials in breach of the Terms. You are responsible for securing your applications. We may disable a compromised account to contain a threat.
5. Enforcement
We may request a remedy, suspend or terminate services, remove content, or report activity. In serious cases we may act without prior notice. We are not liable for loss from enforcement under this policy.
6. Reporting abuse
Report abuse via Abuse & Copyright or abuse@webfundament.com. Include URLs, IPs, timestamps (UTC) and evidence.
7. Updates
Continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the services.
