Administration

Is SSD VPS managed?

No. Unless a plan is expressly sold as managed, you administer the operating system, updates, firewall and applications. Full root access is included. Platform support covers the infrastructure, not day-to-day server administration. Managed administration can be requested separately. Terms of Service

Can I upgrade the resources later?

You can ask us to move you to a larger SSD VPS configuration. The change is arranged with you. It is not a promise of an instant resize or zero downtime. Contact

Which operating systems are available?

The Linux images listed on this page are available for SSD VPS. Windows Server and a custom image can be requested. They are not included in the plan price. See operating systems

Is a Windows license included?

No. A Windows license is not included in the SSD VPS price. Ask us before you order if you need Windows Server. Contact

Backups and addresses

Are backups included?

No. Backups are not included on every SSD VPS plan. A backup option follows what you purchase, including how often copies are made and how long they are kept. Keep your own copies as well. Backup policy

Can I request another IP address?

How do billing and renewal work?

Can you help me move a workload?

Yes. We can discuss your current environment and plan the move. Migration is scoped with you. It is not a free migration on every product, and it is not a promise of zero downtime. Ask about migration

Is there a refund window?

Eligible first purchases of VPS can be refunded within 7 days. Domain fees and renewals are outside that window. Refund Policy
