Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when Dioartis Grup SRL ("Company", "we", "us", "our") issues refunds for purchases made on webfundament.com (the "Services"). By ordering our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Company details

2. Refund eligibility (what can be refunded)

Refunds are available only for the following services, and only within the time limits below:

  • Web Hosting services: eligible for refund (see Section 3)
  • VPS services: eligible for refund within 7 days of initial purchase (see Section 3)

3. Refund period

  • Web Hosting: refundable only within the first 7 days from the initial purchase date.
  • VPS: refundable only within the first 7 days from the initial purchase date.

The refund period applies only to the first purchase of a service. Renewals are not refundable.

4. Non-refundable services (no exceptions)

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Reseller Web Hosting (any billing cycle)
  • Registered domains, including:
    • domain registrations
    • renewals
    • transfers
    • redemption/restore fees
  • Solutions / Professional services, including (but not limited to):
    • website creation / development
    • expert help / consulting
    • setups / configuration services
    • design services
    • one-time work or project-based deliverables

5. Conditions that may void a refund

Refund requests may be declined if:

  • the request is submitted after the applicable 7-day refund window
  • the service was suspended or terminated due to abuse, illegal activity, or Terms/AUP violations
  • a payment dispute/chargeback was opened for the same transaction
  • we identify fraud, misuse, or repeated refund requests used to avoid payment

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, open a billing ticket from the Client Area or email us at support@webfundament.com with:

  • your account email / client ID
  • invoice number
  • service name (Web Hosting or VPS)
  • reason for the request (optional but helpful)

7. Refund method & processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • Payment processors and banks may take additional time to process refunds.
  • We do not refund transaction fees charged by payment providers when those fees are non-recoverable.

8. Service cancellation

A refund request does not automatically cancel your service. If you want to stop future billing, you must request cancellation in the Client Area.

9. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
