Domain services are provided through our registrar integrations and are subject to registry and ICANN rules where they apply.
1. Registrar
Registrations are processed via the registrar configured in WHMCS for the TLD. The specific registrar name for each TLD is the one shown at checkout / WHOIS after registration.
2. Registry / ICANN rules
You must comply with applicable registry policies and ICANN consensus policies where they apply. See also ICANN Policies.
3. Registrant data
You must provide accurate registrant data and complete email verification when required.
4. Transfer, renewal, expiry
Transfers, renewals, expiry grace and redemption follow registry rules and may involve additional fees.
5. Fees
Domain fees are as shown at checkout and are generally non-refundable once registration, renewal or transfer completes.
6. WHOIS / privacy
Privacy/proxy availability depends on TLD. Where unavailable, data may be published as required.
7. Disputes and suspension
We may suspend or lock domains for disputes, abuse or legal process.
